Paula grew up in West Hartford Connecticut and graduated from Boston College. She has also lived in New York, Boston, New Jersey, and Philadelphia before finding the great city of Pittsburgh where she and her family have spent the last 15 years.
Paula’s career began on the retail sales floor culminating in a Director of Operations position where she spent the bulk of her career leading sales, operations, communications, and training.
Most recently, Paula moved from B2C to B2B to run sales and operations for a supply chain software company. It was this experience that caused her to realize how much she missed the customer, the relationships, and the personal fulfillment which is what brought her to CertaPro ready and excited to serve the South Hills!
As an owner, Paula’s mission is to delight customers, support them with smart operations, build an accountable company culture, and positively impact as many employees, partners, and customers as possible!
Paula has been married to her tremendous husband and co-owner, Dante for 25 years. She has two kind, smart and amazing children who are both attending universities in Colorado, following their dreams just like their mom and dad! And a faithful dog, Utley who is always by our sides!
