Twin Lakes Commercial HOA Painting

In August 2019, CertaPro Painters of Pearland painted the Twin Lakes clubhouse, gazebo, decorative beams and guard shack in Cypress, TX. Twin Lakes was built in the early 1990s and the project involved rotten hardboard and damaged cedar boards on the gazebo. Other areas needed to be repainted after fading over the years.

One week after being contacted by the client, our team was on the job site and completed the work in 3.5 days from start to finish. We worked with the Board of Directors for the correct color choice for their project and the Production Manager made visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
