3210 McKinney King Properties – Exterior HOA Painting Project
The CertaPro Painters of Pearland & Friendswood team was contacted by the HOA for 3210 McKinney King Properties in Houston, TX. The HOA wanted to improve the appearance of the communities lanterns. The cost to replace 40 lanterns was outside the budget. There was nothing wrong with the lanterns, they just looked weathered. The HOA communicated with the homeowners and asked that all homeowners have their gates open for the days we would be at the property. Our team of professional painters hand-painted all 40 lanterns on the property with a flat, black DTM paint. This project took place in December 2021.
