Office Associate

CertaPro Painters of Pearland and Central Fort Bend has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Associate to join our team. We are a fast-growing company with a friendly, family and team oriented culture.
CertaPro Painters is a leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. We are a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings, interiors, exteriors, commercial, offices, and condominiums. Position Overview:
The Office Associate will report to the Owner and provide support to the following functions: Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Candidate must be flexible, demonstrate good organization skills and attention to detail, be able to multi-task and speak confidently on the phone.

What we're looking for

· Collaborate as a valuable member of the CertaPro team
· Manage administrative aspects of our office.
· Answer the phone and schedule estimates in calendars for multiple Sales Associates
· Create invoices and collect money from customers
· Answer customer inquiries
· Interact with customers and painting crews
· Create weekly payroll, and close completed jobs

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Organized and attention to detail oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Teams, Word, and Excel)
  • Comfortable with technology and multitasking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to deliver customer service excellence
  • Good using initiative
  • Ability to follow through with tasks
  • Be energetic and work well unsupervised
  • Want to be part of a growing company with a friendly, family, team-oriented culture
Compensation

· This is an hourly position with an expectation of 40 hours a week. The wage will be between $20 and $23 an hour depending on experience. (This is equivalent to approx. $41,000 and $47,000 a year)
· 3 weeks paid vacation will be given.
· Work cell phone
There may be an opportunity for this to become a full time salaried position.

Location: 2542 Garden Road, Pearland, TX 77581. (This is not a remote position)
