I would like to share a few words about my experience(s) with your company. As you know that my wife and I received a few estimates for the painting project of our home. We decided, after a bad beginning experience with R**** Painting, to contract your services. Gerardo came out and by the end of the day, as promised, provided a professional and detailed estimate. This detailed estimate contained such information as, but not limited to, price, insurance information, and before pictures of the project.

Once we gave CertaPro the green light, Gerardo kept us advised each step of the way. We received a follow-up call from Leslie who advised us what to expect and how to prepare for the project.

The head painter showed up on the date and time as promised. The head painter looked the part. He was wearing a uniform identifying him as a CertaPro representative. The paint crew was very meticulous in taping off windows, doors and removing certain Christmas items from the porch area. As the painters completed the project, we did a walk around with the head painter (his name fails me now). There was a very small issue that needed to be addressed under a bedroom window. Without any hesitation, negotiation, or issues the crew returned and tackled the problem. I must add the crew provided its professional opinion about the area but still repainted it. That was indeed customer service and satisfaction at its best.

After the job was completed my wife decided that she wanted our gutters and downspouts to be a different color. Gerardo contacted us back, advised a quote and Leslie re-scheduled our project. Again, the same paint crew came out and did a great job.

After about 2-3 days later, we noticed an area around the chimney that we thought needed a little more attention. We contacted Gerardo who was immediately attentive to our request. He scheduled a time for someone to come and look at the area. Gerardo stated that within 1 day the owner of the company would come out and he would contact us back about his findings. As promised Gerado contacted us back and provided the findings. The same crew came back and addressed our concerns.

I would be remised if I did not offer a huge thanks for such impeccable services from beginning to end. CertaPro has won a customer for life. Additionally, I would tell everyone in the market for painting to call you guys!

I like the fact that each time CertaPro sent the same paint crew. This provided the same consistency and painting style. Please share our gratitude with all of the parties involved. We are indeed, pleased. For the record, I am fully aware that you did not have to return the last time and address that area. I know that the contract had closed after we made payment and did the walk around. This shows customer loyalty, integrity, and commitment.
