Los Gatos Exterior
Featured Residential Project
Los Gatos Exterior House Painting
Home was flat and somewhat gloomy from the shade from a huge Redwood Tree on the Front Yard and a Black Cover Awning covering the entire 2nd Floor Deck and Viewing Area. Homeowner wanted a brighter and livelier look.
The Project included many facets of Preparation and Non- Paint Related repairs and fixes. The Black Awning covering the Front 2nd floor deck and viewing area was dismantled and removed by the Crew. Some Window Trim carpentry had been done to remove wood rot and the Color Consultant provided different color options for the Homeowner to choose from.

CHALLENGES:
The Project included many facets of Preparation and Non- Paint Related repairs and fixes. The Black Awning covering the Front 2nd floor deck and viewing area was dismantled and removed by the Crew. Some Window Trim carpentry had been done to remove wood rot and the Color Consultant provided different color options for the Homeowner to choose from.
The dismantle and removal of the Black Awning wasn’t an easy job as it was a permanent fixture from the previous owner and had to cut down the metal structure piece per piece and lower the heavy frame and canvas cover without scaffolding or boom.
We were creative and used 2 long Ladders against the Rails to lower the heavy Awning Frame and Canvas Cover against them inch by inch.
