Kitchen Cabinet Painting Project

The CertaPro Painters of Owings Mills / Westminster team was hired to refurbish and refresh kitchen cabinets for a local homeowner in Sparks Glencoe, MD. At the start of the project, the cabinets were in fair condition and were able to be refurbished with a fresh coat of paint. To ensure complete coverage with the new paint color, the project required removing the cabinet doors and all hardware. Since these cabinets were a bit on the older side, special attention was required in the preparation process. The doors were sanded to remove the original finish in order to properly prepare for adhesion of the new paint. Our crew was able to overcome the slight challenge of identifying an exterior location to sand and coat the doors onsite. This was a three-day project from start to finish which included adding new hardware to the cabinets.
