In this role you will meet with multiple, qualified clients each day. Our sales process centers around our customer. You will focus on educating your clients, truly building a relationship with them and most importantly, delivering on your promises throughout the sales and production process.
We are seeking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and classroom and on-the-job training are provided.
Responsibilities for Entry Level Outside Sales include, but are not limited to:
Sales
Estimating
Presentation of proposals for painting projects
Customer service
Priority management
Diligent customer follow-up and follow-through
Commitment to your professional goals
History of accomplishments and promotion
Experience in a leadership role
Excellent written/verbal communication skills; ability to speak conversational Spanish.
Detailed oriented
Coachable and self-aware
Strong desire to succeed
Ability to navigate software based platforms
Depending on experience.
