General Questions

How much will it cost to paint my house?

Each house/project is unique. We don’t “ballpark” prices. Feel free to contact us for a free estimate.

Do you have a project minimum?

$450

When is the best time to paint?

With the paints we use, most times are fine. For exteriors, days where the temperature does not go below 40 degrees at night.

How often should people paint their homes?

Exteriors should be painted every 5-7 years. Interiors can be painted whenever, such as when you are going for a new look or getting new furniture.

How long does it take to paint a home?

This depends on the project and crew size. We’ll give you an estimated time for the project before the work begins.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured for worker’s compensation and general liability.

How many people do you send out for each job?

Depending on the size of the job, we’ll send anywhere from 2 to 5 painters.

Is your team employees or subcontractors?

We have a team that is a mix of both employees and subcontractors.

Is there a warranty?

We offer a warranty of 2 years on completed jobs.

How long have you been in business?

We’re proud to be a locally owned company that’s been in business for over 15 years.

Can the painters work alone in my house?

Absolutely, but we do need the homeowners to meet with the painters on the first morning and be available to do a “pride walk” with the Job Site Supervisor at completion.

How many paint colors are included in your typical proposal?

We typically use one color per room for our jobs, so multiroom projects can consist of multiple colors.

Misc. Questions

Is there anything the homeowner should do to prep for your crew to arrive?

Yes, and this is discussed in detail with the homeowner. This includes cloth window treatments taken down, anything hanging on the walls taken down, breakables in or on furniture removed, anything other than furniture removed from the room, etc.

What is your clean up process?

We will vacuum and put furniture back so the homeowner has less to worry about.

Do you offer any services outside your average painting projects?

We do a great job on cabinets, which you can check out in our portfolio.

Is weather a factor when it comes to wear and tear on exterior painting or the painting process in general?

Rain, snow, and extreme temperatures (high and low) can heavily affect our painting processes, particularly for exterior jobs.

Do you offer any specials or discounts for groups like veterans, seniors, etc.?
