Built in 1999 this 2,650 sq ft Colonial was for the most part in very good condition. But its dated gingerbread trim and earthy color prevented it from being all it could be.

Removal of decorative trim on gables, touch up to siding damaged by extreme sun reflection, full color update to vinyl and wood siding, frieze boards and window frame.
