Our Commercial Sales Associate Participates with IREM & Habitat for Humanity To Give Back

On Friday, May 1st, something truly meaningful took place on a job site in Nebraska. Real estate professionals, contractors, and community-focused businesses stepped away from their daily routines, laced up their work boots, and came together with a shared purpose: to help build homes for families in need.

This impactful day was part of the IREM Nebraska Chapter 12 annual Service with a SMILE community outreach program, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. From 8 AM to 3 PM, volunteers of all experience levels – ranging from seasoned construction professionals to first-time builders- worked side by side, raising walls, swinging hammers, and making a tangible difference.

That phrase—“a tangible difference in the lives of others”—perfectly captures the spirit of the day.

Representing CertaPro Painters of Omaha, our Commercial Sales Associate Chris Williams proudly joined the volunteer effort. Chris brought the same dedication, professionalism, and positive energy to the build site that he delivers to clients every day. His involvement reflects a core value at CertaPro: doing great work goes hand in hand with giving back to the community.

The atmosphere on site was nothing short of inspiring. There’s something powerful about coming together with others to create lasting impact. Not just in building homes, but in strengthening the community as a whole.
