An Assisted Living Facility Project in Bellevue, NE
Heritage Ridge, a senior care living facility in Bellevue, NE, asked CertaPro Painters® of Omaha, NE, to assist with a commercial painting project.
Heritage Ridge is a multi-level property with several wings. We painted the ceilings and walls in the main corridors and common areas. Our crew repaired drywall cracks and filled holes to prep the surfaces for paint.
We accommodated residents coming and going from their rooms in an effort not to disrupt their daily activities. We worked alongside facility managers to communicate workflow, so the next area of work was prepared. We used caution tape and cones to help residents stay away from the walls with wet paint. There were weekly inspections and reviews of completed areas for quality control throughout the project.
This project was carried out over the course of November and December in 2023, taking a total of 4 weeks to accomplish.
