A Home Project in Omaha, NE
CertaPro Painters® of Omaha, NE was asked to assist with a residential project in June 2020. The homeowner was looking to update the look of her home. She is a decorator and wanted her home to look more modern.
We collaborated with the homeowner on color selection and trim pattern. Choosing the perfect white can seem overwhelming with all the choices Sherwin Williams offers. Pearly White SW7009, was the closest match to the white maintenance free windows. Black Fox SW7020 is what we selected as the trim color for high contract. It’s a muted warmer black that we use often as a trim or accent color on exterior projects.
We then proceeded with the painting process. First, we primed the brick with Loxon primer to ensure the finish coat will adhere properly. Then we sprayed and bank-rolled the final finish coat which was Sherwin Williams, Satin Super Paint. The biggest changes included painting the brick and the new color scheme.
