Cathy ShupakOffice Manger

Cathy Shupak brings over 25 years of office administration experience to her role as Office Manager for
CertaPro Oakville Burlington. Cathy has worked in the healthcare field, both in hospitals and private clinics.

Cathy prides herself on giving excellent service when responding to clients and staff and thrives in a
team environment. Her communication, computer, and organizational skills are vital in maintaining the
efficient running of the office. The skills she acquired working in healthcare enable her to be a vital part
of our CertaPro team. As a previous client of CertaPro, she knows firsthand the quality of our company’s work and brings enthusiasm to her role.

Cathy is also an accomplished classical musician having achieved certification as a piano class teacher
and she continues to teach students of all ages and levels various genres of music. She is the mother of 3
grown children and has one adorable grandson! She loves spending time with her family and her friends.
She keeps active in swimming, skating, gardening, cycling and loves attending live theatre, listening to
music, and reading. She spends as much time as possible at her summer property near the sandy
beaches of Lake Huron.

Cathy thinks of our CertaPro team as the crew of a ship, all working together to keep on a steady course
to our final destination – the home or business of a satisfied customer!
