We’re excited to share a recent project that brought together community, craftsmanship, and heartfelt design. CertaPro Painters® of Oakville/Burlington, ON was proud to be featured on The Good Stuff with Mary Berg, a popular Canadian daytime TV show known for celebrating inspiring stories and thoughtful transformations.
In this episode, host Mary Berg teamed up with contractor Sebastian Clovis and designer Ayanna Augustine to give a well-deserved bedroom makeover to Thuan and Darryl, two remarkable individuals making a big impact in Toronto. The couple runs an LGBTQ+ dodgeball league that has become a vibrant and inclusive community hub, offering a safe and welcoming space for people to connect, play, and be themselves.
Since purchasing their home in 2022, Thuan and Darryl hadn’t had the chance to fully furnish or personalize their bedroom space. When the opportunity arose to create a peaceful, beautiful bedroom for them, the design team reached out to CertaPro Painters® to provide expert painting services to help bring the vision to life.
It was an honour to be part of this transformation and to contribute to a space that reflects both comfort and care. As painting professionals, we know that colour and quality finishes can do more than update a room; they can uplift the people who live in it.
