Retail Store Painting Project
CHALLENGES:
This commercial project was a comprehensive interior rebranding project for Canadian Tire, a revered retail brand with a century-long history in Canada. This project was not just about aesthetic enhancement but also involved intricate logistical planning. The challenge was to complete the rebranding of various store interiors without disrupting the critical retail cycles, specifically timing the project between the post-Christmas inventory clearance and the setup for the spring retail season.
CONDITIONS:
The interiors of the Canadian Tire stores required us to complete drywall repair, painting of fixtures, walls, beams, and posts, all of which were crucial for aligning the store interiors with the refreshed brand image. Furthermore, the stores’ high ceilings necessitated the use of lifts, adding an additional layer of complexity to the task.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Over the span of three years (2021-2023), the project unfolded in several phases, each targeting a different store. Despite the extensive scope of work, which included meticulous planning and execution, each store rebrand was completed within a four-week timeframe.
THE FINAL RESULTS
The Client Loved it so much that they had us back to re-brand 2 more stores!
