Carmen grew up in Grimsby, Ontario and moved to Oakville after several years living in her home town. After attending Mohawk College’s business program, Carmen started her Accounting/Finance career in the Halton Region. After strategic roles with increasing responsibility and experience, Carmen moved to her most recent Management position with Tim Hortons Corporate Head Office. She was with Tim Hortons for 9 years. In addition to her specific function, Carmen was also seconded to many teams and helped steer her department through a company-wide system implementation. As well as being very Customer-focused, Carmen also knows how to take charge when required and lives by the motto that her staff deserve the right resources and support to be successful in their work life.
Carmen enjoys all types of fitness and recently completed her Spinning Instructor Certification. She also enjoys skiing, kick boxing, yoga, gardening and life in Florida (when she can!). Carmen recently took golf lessons and looks forward to mastering this game, as well.
Carmen is responsible for some Residential Estimating, Marketing, Accounting and Recruitment.
