BBB Accreditation & Why It Matters!

Posted on September 15, 2026

At CertaPro Painters® of Nova Scotia, painting has never just been about brushes, ladders, or even color. For 25 years, it’s been about trust, people, and values. That’s why we’re proud to be accredited with an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. For homeowners and businesses all around Nova Scotia that are looking for a trusted painter, this distinction matters.

More Than Just a Seal — It’s A Reflection of Our Values.

The BBB Accreditation isn’t just a badge to display on our trucks or website. For us, it’s validation of the values that guide our business every single day:

  • Respect the Individual. Every client, painter, and partner deserves dignity and respect.

  • Deliver What We Promise. Integrity is non-negotiable. When we commit, we follow through.

  • Have Pride in What We Do. From preparation to final brushstroke, we hold ourselves to the highest standards.

  • Embrace Possibilities. Every project is a chance to bring a vision to life.

  • Live the Golden Rule. Whether it’s your house or your office, we treat every space as if it were our own.

Why BBB Accreditation Matters for Our Customers.

When you hire a painting contractor, you’re trusting a team in your home or business. That’s why BBB accreditation is so important. It shows that:

  • We’ve been vetted by an independent, nationally recognized watchdog.

  • We’re committed to transparency, honesty, and accountability.

  • If issues do arise, they’re resolved quickly and fairly.

Painting Happy for 25 Years (and Counting!)

Our mission has always been bigger than paint. From the way we train and support our crews, to our community impact and charitable events, we strive to make a positive difference in every interaction.

“Painting Happy” isn’t just a tagline, it’s the way we do business. Our BBB accreditation is both a recognition of that commitment and a responsibility to keep raising the bar for homeowners and businesses. No matter whether you’re in Halifax, Dartmouth, or any of the surrounding areas, we’re proud to serve our local community.

If you’re looking to get started on your next project, we’re here to help! Give us a call at 902-425-7554, or schedule your estimate today!
