This deep clean ensured that the new coating would properly adhere to the surface. Once cleaned, the crew addressed necessary repairs, including caulking joints and sealing gaps to prevent future moisture intrusion. All non-paintable surfaces were carefully masked and protected, setting the stage for a clean and precise application.

One of the defining aspects of this project was the client’s desire for a complete visual transformation. To support this, multiple color renderings were provided, allowing the client to visualize different options before making a final decision. The selected color—Grizzle Gray by Sherwin-Williams—offered a bold, modern look that dramatically updated the building’s appearance while maintaining a professional and timeless aesthetic suitable for commercial use.

Execution required both skill and the right equipment. Due to the building’s height and layout, a scissor lift was utilized to safely and efficiently access elevated areas, ensuring consistent coverage across all surfaces. With preparation complete and logistics in place, the painting phase progressed smoothly, resulting in a uniform, high-quality finish that brought the client’s vision to life within the two-week timeline.
