Our Interior Painting Process:

Set-Up

Items are placed in the center of the room and are covered. Floors and furniture are protected as well. Small or fragile objects and artwork should be removed by the homeowner for safe keeping.

Painting Preparation

Careful preparation is the key to a beautiful, lasting paint job. We will fill cracks and holes in ceilings and walls, seal stains and scuff, and sand any uneven surfaces, as outlined in your proposal.

Painting

We prime repaired areas and apply premium quality paint for a uniform finish.

Clean Up

We pack up our materials at the end of each day. When we complete a room we will move your furniture back to the desired location. We will sweep or vacuum floors and carpets. Finally, we will remove all of our materials.

Inspection

After our inspection, we will invite you for a detailed walk-through of our work.

Our Exterior Painting Process:

Set-Up

Areas to be painted are power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew. We ask that you pull back or remove any landscaping or plants that may be in the way of painting services. Any lawn decorations or fragile objects should be removed by the homeowner for safe keeping.

Painting Preparation

Careful preparation is the key to a beautiful, lasting paint job. We will scape off loose paint and scuff-sand glossy areas. We will caulk previously caulked gaps to prevent water intrusion.

Painting

We prime repainted areas and apply quality paint for a uniform finish.

Clean Up

We sweep walkways and other surfaces and pack up our materials at the end of each day and at the completion of the project.

Inspection

After our own inspection, we will invite you for a detailed walk-through of our work. You may also be contacted for a follow-up satisfaction survey so that we know how we measured up to your expectations.
