Description of Project:
Fifteen unit Condo consisting of two buildings, just above the famous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. This property was built in 1937, and had peeling paint throughout, cracks in stucco walls, and some wood had to be replaced. This project required the use of scaffolding and mechanical lifts.
