Painting services offered by a painting company makes maintaining the beauty of your home easy. If you’re interested in having a professional paint your home or business, you will need to schedule an estimate to find out how much it costs to paint it.
What Happens at an Estimate for Painting Services
Every painting job with CertaPro Painters® of North San Diego starts with a free estimate. This estimate is conducted in person by one of our sales associates. Knowing what to expect during the estimate appointment will help you prepare for it.
The sales associate will sit down with you to ask you questions about your painting project. Some of the questions may be:
- What would you like painted?
- Do you have any colors in mind?
- When would you like it painted?
- Do you have any special requests for the painting project?
- Will you be home during the painting?
After the questions are answered, the sales associate will most likely want to see what will be painted. He will take measurements and inspect the condition of it.
* Written proposals will generally be completed during the appointment and a copy will be left with you.
* The estimate appointment usually takes about 30-45 minutes but can take up to 60 minutes for extensive painting projects.
What Happens After the Estimate
You can decide to have CertaPro Painters® of North San Diego paint for you or think about it and call the office later to schedule a day and time to begin. It all depends on how quickly you would like to have it completed.
When you’ve agreed with the price and have scheduled the painting, you don’t have to do much. The painters will be at your door on the day and time of your painting appointment. They will have everything they need and will do their job unassisted by you. We have job site supervisors who will manage the work to ensure it gets done on time.
