Patsy OvertonIndependent Color Consultant

Patsy was born and raised in Athens, GA and loves all things pertaining to the Bulldogs. She earned a degree in music from UGA, then moved to Atlanta where she met her husband, a former Kentucky basketball coach. They have a son who is married and living in Boston.
In January of 2007 Patsy found herself without a job and decided to get a real estate license. (She’s never had a great sense of timing.) While on class break one day she picked up a book on home staging, bought it, read the entire book that night, and immediately knew that was her calling. She completed her real estate course work and got her license, then set out to become trained as a home stager through Barb Swarz’s StagedHomes.com. She hung out her shingle and began working as an Atlanta home stager.
Several years into her business she was looking to add to her list of services and became certified as a professional color consultant. She has since become the “go to” Atlanta paint color consultant and has done several hundred color consultations, both interior and exterior. Patsy now works primarily as an Atlanta color consultant, but also enjoys helping clients with decorating, home staging and redesign. When she’s not working she enjoys reading murder mysteries, watching the Investigation Discovery channel and attending plays and concerts.
