Hi, I’m Ben Freedman! Before joining CertaPro Painters of Duluth & Norcross, I built my career in multiple Benjamin Moore retail stores, starting as a cashier and working my way up to Store Manager. That experience gave me a strong foundation in product knowledge, customer service, and understanding what it takes to deliver a high-quality finish every time.

I love working at CertaPro because no two days are ever the same. Each project brings something new to learn, new challenges to solve, and new opportunities to help homeowners transform their spaces. Being part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer experience is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, hiking local trails, or getting lost in a good book.
