Recently Repainted Apartment Community Project in Atlanta, GA

We completed 3 buildings in Winter of 2024 at the Townes of Chastain in Atlanta, GA. We started a great relationship with them despite the challenges we ran into regarding the weather. We had weeks where it rained the everyday and we were unable to paint. We had weeks where it was too cold to paint anything metal such as the wrought iron and metal roofs. We had to be in constant communication with the board members and residents to keep them up to date on the progress and activity of the painters.

Our crew had to be very aware of the weather most days during this project and use their professional judgment to decide if they could paint or not. There were days when they drove out there to see if they could paint and used their better judgment and went home for the day rather than attempting to paint because they were there. That is what stand out about our painters, they want to ensure they do the BEST job any time they are working.

We painted all the previous painted surfaces on each of the 3 buildings. There was a total of 18 units that we completed during this project, and it went flawless. We are truly looking forward to continuing our relationship with the HOA members and community and painting for them in the near future.
