Job Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Job Site Supervisor. Our ideal Job Site Supervisor is a focused and motivated individual who possesses excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to work on tight deadlines and do so while working across several painting job sites. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization, and classroom and on-the-job training is provided. The Job Site Supervisor reports directly to our Production Manager.

What we're looking for

An ideal candidate is someone that can...
- Provide assurance of the quality of the paint application
- Verify that all work was done per the job scope as specified by the CertaPro proposal.
- Report all defects and/or punch list items to JSS and Production Manager in a timely manner.
- Advise crews on proper EPA protocol when applicable
- Provide Unannounced onsite inspections
- Inspect warranty inquiries
- Learn our new crew on-boarding process and implement necessary steps with crew leaders in the field

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • - 2 years of customer service experience
  • - At least 1 year of supervising experience preferred
  • - Strong Customer Service Skills
  • - Hard-working
  • - Reliable transportation
  • - Must pass a background check
  • - Knowledge of industry tools
  • - Strong communication skills
  • - Willingness to learn
  • - Good attitude
  • - Able to lift 50 pounds
