Limewashing has been growing increasingly popular in and around Seguin, TX. Chimney/Shingles – While limewashing the walls would be easy, the chimney would have to be distressed using rags by hand in order to avoid staining the shingle roof. As you can see, it came out perfectly.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Preparations – The materials used for the project include ROMABIO Limewash in Avorio White & Sherwin Williams Super Paint. The colors “Agreeable Gray” and “Black Magic” were used for the front door and its frame. LimeWashing – This can be done on home exteriors using a flat brush or masonry paintbrush, but for the chimney, we distressed the surface using rags by hand. At CertaPro, we treat your home like our own.
