Alicia is passionate about guiding projects from start to finish—seeing the transformation come to life truly warms her heart. As Residential Project Manager, she also collaborates closely with the sales team to ensure every customer experience exceeds expectations. Before joining CertaPro, Alicia spent 13 years as a Project Manager with Elite Remodeling and Flooring. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors. Alicia currently resides in Schertz.
