CertaPro Painters® of NE San Antonio, TX, undertook the task of repainting the exterior of this commercial stucco building situated at The Vineyard Shopping Center.

Description of the Project: The building had cracks in the stucco left from old signage. The paint was faded and had areas throughout that did not match. We filled the large cracks and holes with stucco patch and textured them over to blend in with the building. Small cracks were filled while painting using Sherwin Williams Loxon XP (elastomeric). We painted all the metal awnings and doors with Sherwin Williams DTM Acrylic, as well as the decorative sconce lights.
Project Involvement: Repairs were made to the stucco in certain areas before the exterior was painted.
Special Challenges: The project required the use of a 45-foot boom lift. One tenant, J-Prime Steakhouse, is a very busy restaurant, which required us to work around the times they were open.
Additional Information: We worked directly with the property manager to select the colors that will be used in the future for the entire shopping complex.
