Brookhollow Business Center in San Antonio, TX

Worth and Associates contracted CertaPro Painters to paint Brookhollow Business Center as part of the property’s exterior revamping. This included painting color accents and installation of new signage (provided by another contractor).

The property consists of three buildings totaling 185,000+ square feet of office and warehouse storage. Initial planning and project bidding started in April of 2021. After being selected for the painting we started the process of selecting colors by applying color samples for Worth and Associates to approve. Supply chain issues delayed the installation of the new signage, pushing the start of the project to November of 2022.

The scope of work included priming the stone aggregate exterior walls with Sherwin Williams Loxon Concrete and Masonry Primer to seal the surface and promote adhesion then top coat with Sherwin Williams SuperPaint in the color Gale Force. We provided management with a detailed schedule and site map so that tenants were fully aware of the process. After power washing the surfaces to be painted we masked off surfaces not to be painted with tape, paper, and plastic. A 40ft articulating boom life was utilized to reach the heights of the project and expedite our process. Despite some weather complications we completed the project in 3.5 weeks.
