Residential Sales Associate (Now Hiring)

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Residential Sales Associate. Our ideal Residential Sales Associate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual who possesses excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close contracts through a consultative sales approach. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization, and classroom and on-the-job training is provided.

What we're looking for

•Prospecting
•Making and receiving promotional calls
•Networks with potential/existing customers to gain new business and referrals
•Closes sale, involving appropriate colleagues when necessary
•On-going commitment to sales goals
•Promotes business development by projecting a positive image of the company during interactions with employees, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
•Participating in industry events and tradeshows
•Helps with marketing, including completing a Territory Marketing Plan each month, ensuring that lawn signs/door hangers are distributed within territory, and participating in all company-sponsored Home Shows
•Manages sales responsibilities, including creating sales packages, entering leads into the database, updating customer reference lists, and maintaining inventory of all sales materials
•Acts as a liaison between the client and project team
•Coordinating project deliverables
•Participates in personal development through training/education and attendance at meetings and conferences as needed
•Performs other duties as assigned
