Manchester Community College Exterior Painting
Manchester Community College – Steel Building Color Transformation
Project: This project involved washing and painting two steel buildings and doors, transforming the exterior color from red to green. The goal was to refresh the appearance of the buildings while ensuring the new color matched the school’s main entryway for a cohesive look.
Process: The team at CertaPro Painters® of Nashua, NH and Westford, MA, completed a full exterior wash and repaint of both steel buildings and doors. Careful preparation and cleaning ensured proper paint adhesion and a long-lasting finish. To safely and efficiently access all surfaces, including elevated areas, the crew utilized a lift throughout the project. The new green coating was carefully color-matched to complement the existing main entrance.
Challenges: Timing and logistics were key factors in this project. The work needed to be completed before the school reopened for the fall semester, creating a strict deadline. Additionally, the buildings were located next to a very busy parking area, requiring extra coordination and attention to safety while maintaining steady project progress.
Result: Completed in just 7 days, the project was successfully finished on schedule ahead of the school year. The newly painted buildings now feature a clean, updated appearance with a professionally matched green finish that ties seamlessly into the school’s main entryway.
