Our client along with his 5yr daughter, AKA the boss, were looking to freshen the appearance of the home in preparation to sell over the next few years. They were very involved throughout our process as we wanted them to feel part of the project and not just a piece of it.
The customer was very intent on having his project done right while keeping within budget. Through working closely with our client, along with providing comprehensive daily updates, his initial expectations were exceeded.
The team performed power wash, prep, carpentry while working around rain days and accommodating the client’s scheduling needs. We also worked around a bat relocation/remediation in progress.
We removed all debris at no additional cost to the client utilizing our shop dumpster. Creative carpentry filling in the vermin hole (foam insulation) and side panel replacement on the hot tub.

This house had poor maintenance and not been painted over the past 15 years.
