Exterior Painting Project in Lisbon, CT

This home is located prominently in a very busy area of Lisbon. However, over the years, the peeling paint and trim started to become an eyesore. This is where CertaPro Painters came in – we were tasked with bringing this exterior back to its former glory.

As you can see, most of the paint on the front exterior had chipped and peeled away.

Some sections were not as bad as others, but they would all need to be painted thoroughly.

This was also not a short house - our painters would need to spend some time on ladders to complete this job.

The porch is always a large component of curb appeal, so we made sure to add this porch to our scope of work.

In order to ensure a smooth new coat, the old paint needed to be chipped away from the exterior.

As always, windows and other surfaces needed to be covered before painting to prevent any mess.

Our painters also made sure to touch up the fencing to match the new look of the home.

Now that the new coat is applied, you can see the nice contrast it creates with the white trim.

The red hue of the porch completed the tritone color scheme of the exterior.

The red hue of the porch is duplicated on the foundation of the home, making for a very eye-catching exterior.

The upper level of the home was also painted white to match the trim.
