The Edenwood Business Center – Commercial Painting Project
When a shipping and logistics company in Woodbridge needed to repaint their 60,000 square foot warehouse they contacted the commercial painting pros at CertaPro Painters® of Mountainside.
The building was in poor condition with cracks, holes, and spawling resulting in water penetration being a big issue. CertaPro chose to use the RD Coatings Elastoflex Water Proofing System as the exterior paint for this particular application. In certain areas, a mesh material was applied to cover holes and openings that then got an additional layer of paint. The waterproof qualities of this paint allowed them to offer a 10-year warranty on the results of the job.
In order to complete the job both a boom lift and scissor lift were used allowing the painters to gain complete access to the exterior. Work had to take into consideration the traffic flow of the facility and the sheer number of tractor-trailers that came and went during the project. The results show a neat and clean warehouse that looks great and will remain leak-free for a decade helping to ensure the safety of the materials stored in and shipped through the facility.
