Spring Hill Assisted Living Facility Commercial Painting Project

The problem to be solved:

In July 2018, we executed a project Spring Hill Assisted Living Facility in need of exterior/interior painting. At the time the project began, our team observed peeling paint, fading, and discoloration.

Problem solver solution:

Before we applied any paint, we began by sanding the surface, scraping, and priming. Additionally, this project involved working on the roof in the middle of the summer, as well as special lifts to complete exterior work including a boomer lift and a scissor lift.

Final result:

We had to execute the project while not disturbing residents or guests of the facility. We executed the project within the proposed two-week time frame, and the client couldn’t be happier with the results!
