The Client:

A massive warehouse facility located in Pennsauken, NJ, spanning 20,000 square feet, required extensive exterior repairs and painting to enhance its appearance and longevity.

The Client Challenge:

In July 2025, the client contacted CertaPro Painters® of Mt. Laurel, NJ to revitalize the exterior of a 20,000-square-foot portion of their warehouse. The building was found to be in a deteriorated state. The paint was faded and chipping. The surface was significantly dirtied by the elements. The challenge was to complete a comprehensive cleaning and make sure a preparation process was applied before any painting commences.

The CertaPro Painters® Solution:

Our team began with minor repairs to address any damaged areas, followed by thorough power washing that cleans the entire exterior to remove dirt, grime, and loose paint. This helps with a complete exterior paint job. Given the scale and condition of the building, a methodical approach was essential to ensure the best results. Once cleaned and prepped, we applied Sherwin-Williams Loxon® Masonry Primer to all bare brick and concrete areas, ensuring proper adhesion and durability prior to adding a top coat of Sherwin-Williams Duration®. We employed a spray gun technique for long-lasting and even coverage. During this whole surface preparation, we ensured the building was adequately prepped to receive the new paint, which is crucial for resilience and a smooth finish. The entire project was completed in just 7 days.

The Success and Result:

The warehouse exterior was transformed with a clean and professional finish. The project was completed on time and the client was very pleased with the final result.
