In this case study, we recap a commercial painting project completed in January 2026. Bentley Assisted Living is a senior living community located in Branchville, NJ. This interior painting project was completed as part of the facility’s rebrand, and we outline the key steps involved in bringing the updated vision to life.

Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.

The facility was structurally sound but had visible wear in high-traffic areas, including scuffs and minor drywall damage. The main objective was to refresh the space to align with the facility’s updated branding and create a cleaner, more modern look for residents and visitors.

What did the project involve?

The project included interior painting and drywall repairs throughout key areas of the building. We repaired damaged surfaces, completed proper prep work, and applied high-quality coatings to deliver a smooth, durable finish.

The entire project was completed in 5 days, with careful coordination to stay on schedule and minimize disruption.

Yes. Since residents remained on-site, we worked carefully around occupied hallways and common areas, maintaining a clean, organized job site and prioritizing safety at all times.
