Commercial Sales Associate

The Commercial Sales Associate will spend most of their time in the field prospecting, estimating projects, presenting proposals to clients and supervising crews at job sites in a non-office environment.

It is important that a Commercial Sales Associate be energetic, and committed to the execution of the daily and long-term production and service objectives of the company. Fostering lasting relationships is at the heart of what CertaPro Painters® of Morristown, NJ does.

What we're looking for

• Initiate, develop and grow commercial painting relationships.
• Ensure customers receive a detailed written proposal for all requests.
• Ensure that our customers’ needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal.
• Present CertaPro Painters to prospective customers so as to differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further enhance our ‘Brand of Certainty’.
• Follow jobs through the process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop a close working relationship with the Marketing Associate, the Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisors to ensure all expectations set forth on the written proposal are met.
