Folks, you need to know how pleased we are. The basement looks like brand new construction! It looks amazing. I can't hardly wait until we can get y'all back to do the other rooms.

The crew (Heriberto, Omar, Christobar, Manuel) were all so good. They clearly know what are doing. They were all smiles. While language barrier was sometimes a challenge the positive energy was there the whole time. Our final walkthrough yielded only maybe 8-10 little things and Heriberto didn't blink an eye at any of it.
