Commercial Painting Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven commercial sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years’ experience in the painting industry and be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by cultivating relationships with commercial clients and promoting our painting services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our commercial painting business. What we're looking for

Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PAINTING INDUSTRY!
- Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction
industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with commercial painting techniques and products is a plus.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue potential commercial clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in commercial organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' painting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our commercial painting services.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, addressing client needs and expectations.
  • Quota Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas each quarter.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
