At CertaPro Painters® of Midlothian and NW Richmond, VA, the safety of our employees, our customers, and the community at large is of utmost importance to us. To that end, we are now offering FREE NON-CONTACT PAINTING ESTIMATES for both interior and exterior projects.

If you are interested in a contactless estimate, call our office at 804-608-5320. We will walk you through the process! We can generally prepare exterior project estimates without the need for a video walk-through, but interior estimates will likely require photos or the use of smartphone video technology, which we will walk you through on how to do when the time is needed.

Contactless Exterior Estimates

We can estimate exterior painting projects contactless or via a drive-by estimate. We’ll walk the property, and if we have questions when preparing the estimate, we can communicate them to you via email or phone. We guarantee that the estimator will respect all social distancing preferences. Prior to our visit, we will confirm your appointment and make you aware that our employees are healthy, along with confirming that everyone from your household is healthy as well.

This extends through the painting process – our crews work outside, and will maintain a six-foot distance if they need to communicate with the homeowner at any time. Payment can be made electronically with TransAct, our online payment system. Our goal is to create an easy, safe process from estimate through job completion. Contactless Interior Estimates

Looking to get the interior of your house painted? Not a problem! If you’d like to schedule an contactless interior estimate, we’ll coordinate a date and time to connect via the use of smartphone video technology. Not sure how to use the apps? Our associates will be happy to walk you through the process, which consists of you showing us the room or rooms to be painted. We’ll also discuss the different types of paint, colors, and more, to get a better idea of what exactly you’re looking for. And of course, we’ll answer any questions you have for us!

Once we gather that information, we’ll be able to prepare an accurate, easy-to-understand estimate for your interior painting project.
