Well here what I think, getting good contractors in today's environment is difficult. So, when I have a contractor who shows up on time doesn't spend have the time onsite on a cell phone and works diligently to get the job done that a bonus. That's what I got with Certapro Panters, and oh by the way they also did a great job.
