I enjoy keeping my team organized and productive, balancing this passion with the fun chaos of my home life, where I have six kids, a dog, and a duck! What I appreciate most about my job is the opportunity for growth—it’s fulfilling to be in an environment that supports my development while helping others do the same. This support makes me proud of my accomplishments, especially when my efforts are recognized. Reflecting on my life, a pivotal moment for me was when my dad took me to kindergarten, marking the beginning of my journey in learning and growth. Similarly, I felt immense pride when my daughters graduated from high school, reinforcing the importance of achievement and support in our lives.
