I’ve always been passionate about solving problems and helping people—something that started early on when I served on my youth group’s leadership team. Over the years, I discovered I had a talent for building, fixing, and improving things, which naturally led me into the world of construction and project management.
A pivotal moment for me was when my mom trusted me to remodel her kitchen and bathrooms—it was more than a project; it was a sign that my work mattered. That same sense of purpose drives me today in my role as Commercial Production Manager at CertaPro Painters.
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to serve people well—every project is different, and I have the freedom to lead in a way that aligns with my values. I truly see my work as a way to glorify God by loving people, bringing peace to complex situations, and delivering experiences that exceed expectations.
I first met Gary and Tina, our franchise owners, when I was just seven years old at church. Their leadership then and now continues to inspire me. Today, I’m grateful to work alongside them, carrying out CertaPro’s mission: delivering outstanding experiences that create raving fans.
