Fairview Town Center
Fairview Town Center is an open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in Fairview. They offer a variety of retail and dining options ranging from chains to mom and pop businesses. It has approximately 1 million square feet of space in addition to outdoor spaces. In April of 2020, CertaPro Painters of Far North Texas was contacted to completed a complete exterior repaint of the center.
CHALLENGES:
Initially the challenge was going to be how to successfully complete this project in a busy shopping and dining complex without hindering any businesses and their customers. However, when we were ready to begin, our area was starting the stay at home process. Therefore, we were able to work while businesses were shut down. We completed the project in 2 months using 4 crews.

The location was hit by a hail storm that damaged businesses that are North and East facing. In addition, they were needing to update the look of many buildings to fit with the new brand.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
CertaPro Painters of Far North Texas was contracted to provide light carpentry repair to siding, power washing, and painting to exteriors of over 19 buildings which represents approximately 50 businesses.
