In 2020, CertaPro Painters® of Far North Texas was contacted to repaint a pair of commercial warehouses in Dallas, TX. These buildings were in need of concrete repair, expansion joint replacement as well as updated painting schemes.
CHALLENGES:
Projects of this size often present their own specific set of hurdles. Special equipment is frequently needed and communication among the team is a must to ensure an efficient framework in which tasks are completed.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Prep – The warehouses and surrounding property were extensively cleaned and repaired to ready it for painting
- Paint – The warehouses’ exteriors received a complete painting to give the property a full brand new look
PROJECT TIMELINE – 3 weeks
