Scope of the Work:

The scope of work included power washing all exterior surfaces to remove dirt, chalking, and debris before painting. Once clean, the crew lightly scraped any peeling or flaking paint to ensure a smooth surface for adhesion. All previously caulked gaps were re-sealed for weather protection, followed by the application of two coats of premium paint across all designated surfaces.

Special attention was given to window frames and fascia, which required precise detailing to achieve a uniform finish. Each stage of preparation and application was handled with care to ensure a lasting result that restored the building’s beauty and durability.

Special Equipment:

Because the building stood approximately 20 feet tall, the crew utilized a 40-foot lift to safely reach high sections of the façade. Proper safety procedures and careful equipment handling allowed the team to complete the project efficiently while maintaining precision on upper-level areas.
