Commercial Project Highlight

We recap a commercial painting project that was completed in October of 2019 for Cadence Aerospace, LLC. in Everett, WA.

Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.

Cadence Aerospace produces aerospace components, subassemblies, and assemblies for aircraft and other aerospace manufacturers. The building is 50,000 sq ft. and has been located in Everett, WA since 1995.

What did the project involve? (painting, drywall/light carpentry repairs, etc.)

We painted the ceiling, girders, walls & doors. Each of which was in rough condition.

How long did the project take, start to finish?

The project took about 6 weeks to finish.

Were there any special challenges involved in the project, and did the project require and special equipment or techniques?

Yes, no overspray from the ceiling on machined aerospace parts. Complete enclosure of ceiling and areas being painted.
