EPA Lead Certified Commercial Painting Project in Whittier
This customer needed a painting company EPA Certified in Lead Paint for her historic high rise building in Whittier. The buildings windows had not been painted for over 30 years and were both metal and wood. It was vital for the building owner and the city of Whittier that we do compromise the integrity of the historic building. Using EPA lead removal guidelines, we delivered as promised and gained another valued customer

Worn Exterior Trim
Most of the floor level window and door frames had failing paint and rust that would need to be cleaned up and re-painted.
After Photos
After the project was completed we took a few photos of the repaired and painted surfaces.
Repaired & Painted Ground Floor Trim
After repairs and removal of the old paint, a new coat was applied with color to match the masonry components of the building.
